Teetering
on the brink of Paranoia
Should we share our thoughs?
Should I speak openly?
Self censorship not to let the enemy know.
Never let the enemy know.
As We exchange words
There's someone, something
hidden behind this stream of lies.
Technology runs rampant.
Dull entertainment toys for some.
Weapons to spy, control and opress for others.
The new revolution is the abscense of one.
The birdcage is open, but it feels safer inside.
Just another thing to write on the walls to fall into collective oblivion.
Behavioral targeting, for more entertainment and consumerism.
Fooled by a lesser known deceiver.
The infinite feed that makes the edges blur.
A virtual device that collects everything.
Turn on the watchful eye.
But share not what you are.
As We exchange words
There's someone, something
hidden behind the powerlines(This stream of lies?).
A surrogate life in a surrogate world.
Isolated to interact. Living through others.
While the Five-Eyed God Echelon
takes care of his children.
A perfected brain candy.
We are addicted to the bait.
Is it worth the dopamine shot?
Mesmerized by the opressor.
As We exchange words
There's someone, something
hidden behind the this stream of lies?.
Algorithms to predict.
Smoke and mirrors to distract.
The only way to win the game
lies in not playing it.
